MaidDay

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how MaidDay collects, uses, stores, and shares information related to this website and mobile app.

Information We Collect

You can use MaidDay in guest mode. Guest data is stored only on your device or browser, such as language preferences, maid profiles, day records, salary settings, notes, and deduction items.

When you sign in, we process account information through Firebase Authentication, such as your email address, display name, sign-in provider, and user ID. We also store the calendar, maid, salary, leave, deduction, invitation, and shared-calendar information you enter.

We use Google Analytics to understand website and app usage, such as page views, feature interactions, device information, and browser information. If advertising is enabled, advertising partners may process advertising identifiers, device information, and ad interaction data.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide MaidDay features, including salary estimates, calendar records, PDF export, sign-in sync, shared calendars, invite links, account management, reminders, and language preferences.

We also use information to maintain security, prevent abuse, fix errors, analyze and improve the service, and comply with applicable laws or platform requirements.

Storage, Sharing, and Third-Party Services

Signed-in data is stored with Google Firebase and Firestore. If you use shared calendars, invited co-owners can view and edit maid profiles, day records, and salary information in the same calendar.

MaidDay uses third-party services for sign-in, database hosting, analytics, platform distribution, and possible advertising, including Google Firebase, Google Analytics, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, the App Store, and Google AdMob. These services process information under their own policies.

Retention, Deletion, and Your Choices

Guest-mode data can be deleted by clearing browser or app data. Signed-in users can delete their account and related cloud data in settings. If you own a shared calendar, you may need to remove co-owners before deleting the owner account.

We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service, handle reasonable backups, comply with legal requirements, or resolve security and operational issues.

Children, Security, and Contact

MaidDay is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no network or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. For privacy questions, contact us through https://maidday.app/faq.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date shown above.
